Terms of sale

Last updated:

These terms cover a seat in Folder to YouTube, the 30-day challenge sold on this site. Obsidia LLC, a Montana limited liability company run by Kelsey Iverson, sells the seat. When you pay, you agree to these terms.

For questions, a refund request, or anything about your seat, email kelseymiverson@gmail.com.

What you get

A 30-day challenge. Everyone starts together on day 1, the date on the checkout, and after day 1 you go at your own pace.

  • Recorded lessons, a series each week, that you can rewatch.
  • One live Q&A call a week, about 100 minutes, recorded.
  • The cohort chat in Skool for the 30 days.
  • The skills and apps you build during the challenge, which run on your computer and stay yours.
  • The bonus module and prompt for the Instagram auto-replier.

I can change a lesson, a call time, or a tool when a better one comes along or a tool stops working, as long as the challenge still covers the four weeks on the challenge page. If I have to move day 1, I'll email you first, and you can choose a full refund instead.

Price and payment

You pay once, in US dollars, through Stripe, at the price shown on the checkout. Seats are limited, and a seat is yours once the payment goes through. Your bank may add a currency conversion fee. Stripe handles your card details, and I never see them.

Refunds

All sales are final. I review each refund request case by case, and the outcome is my call.

The week 1 promise on the checkout stands: if you give week 1 your all, show up every day, and it doesn't click for you, email me within 7 days of day 1, and we'll work out what makes it right. That can be extra one-to-one help, a seat in a later cohort, or a full or partial refund.

If I cancel the cohort, you get a full refund.

Email me before you dispute a charge with your bank. While a dispute is open, your access to the lessons, calls, and community is paused.

If you buy from the EU, the EEA, Norway, or the UK

You normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. When you buy a seat, you ask for the lessons to open to you on day 1, which can fall inside those 14 days, and you agree that you lose the right to withdraw once they open. Until day 1, you can withdraw for a full refund by emailing me.

How long you keep access

The lessons and the call recordings stay available to you for as long as I run the program. If I ever close it, I'll email you at least 60 days ahead, so you can download what you need. The skills and apps you build run on your own computer, and they stay yours either way.

The cohort chat is open for the 30 days. After day 30, you can stay in the community for $47 a month, a separate subscription you can cancel at any time.

Your seat is for you

One seat is for one person. You can use everything you learn, and every skill and app you build, in your own channel and business. Keep your login to yourself, and don't resell, repost, or reteach the lessons, recordings, or prompts as your own course or product.

The community

The cohort chat works when everyone feels safe asking. In the chat and on calls:

  • Be kind. No question is too basic.
  • No selling, spam, or links to your own offers unless someone asks for them.
  • What others share in the cohort, including their footage, channels, and screens, stays in the cohort.
  • Post only what you have the right to share.

If someone breaks these rules, I can remove their posts. For a serious or repeated break, I can remove them from the community and calls without a refund.

Live calls and recordings

Every live call is recorded, and the recording goes to everyone in your cohort. If you speak, turn on your camera, or share your screen, you're in the recording. You can keep your camera off and send your questions ahead in writing.

I use your name, face, words, posts, or videos in my marketing only with your written permission, and you can withdraw it at any time for anything not yet published.

Your content

Your footage, videos, posts, and channel stay yours. When you post with the challenge tag, I can reshare that post on my channels with credit to you. Ask me to remove a reshare, and I will.

Results

The challenge teaches a workflow. I can't promise views, subscribers, a place in the YouTube Partner Program, or income, because those depend on your content, your audience, and the platforms. The YouTube Partner Program figures on the challenge page come from YouTube's published rules, which YouTube can change.

Other companies' tools

The challenge uses tools from other companies, including Anthropic (Claude and Claude Code), Google (YouTube and Drive), and Meta (Instagram). You need your own accounts, including a paid Claude plan, and you agree to each company's terms. Their prices, features, and rules can change, and I'm not responsible for them. The challenge isn't affiliated with or endorsed by any of them, or by Alex Hormozi.

Claude Code reads, moves, and writes files on your computer when you ask it to. Read what it plans to do before you approve it. Automations on your accounts, such as the auto-replier, run under your name, and you're responsible for following each platform's rules. Hosting the auto-replier for business use can cost extra.

Back up everything before day 1

BACK UP ALL your footage and files to an external drive or cloud storage before day 1, and keep those backups current through the challenge. Week 1 walks you through it.

Obsidia LLC isn't liable for lost or damaged footage, files, or projects, whether the cause is a corrupted hard drive, a computer crash, a failed update, or a command that Claude Code runs.

Security

The challenge has you install software made by other people, including Claude Code, open-source packages, MCP servers, and command-line tools. I guide you on the practices I use as a software developer: install from official sources, pin versions, keep passwords and API keys out of your code and your prompts, and read what Claude Code asks to run before you approve it.

No one can guarantee that a package or tool stays safe. Obsidia LLC isn't liable for losses from a hacked account, a compromised or malicious package, a security flaw in software from someone else, or an attack on your computer or accounts. Keeping your computer, passwords, and accounts secure is your responsibility.

Referrals

If I open a referral or affiliate program for your cohort, its rules come in the email that invites you. A referral counts only once the friend's payment clears without a refund or dispute.

Limits on liability

The challenge is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Obsidia LLC's total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your seat, and it isn't liable for lost footage, lost income, account suspensions, security breaches, or other indirect losses. Nothing in these terms takes away a right that your local consumer law gives you and that can't be waived.

Age

You must be 18 or older to buy a seat.

Changes and governing law

If I change these terms, the new version applies to purchases made after the date at the top, and I'll email you about any change that affects your cohort. Montana law governs these terms, and disputes go to the courts of Montana, unless your local consumer law gives you the right to bring them where you live.

How the site and the challenge handle your data is on the privacy page.
