Why 100

The Rule of 100

Alex Hormozi's Rule of 100: pick one, 100 reach-outs, $100 in ads, or 100 minutes of content a day, and do it for 100 days. I'm doing all 100 days. These 30 are the first stretch: 100 minutes of content a day, with the footage map editing years of past footage.

You commit the same 100 minutes a day, for 30 days, to learning AI for content creation.

  1. Reps firstVolume beats perfect. You make something every day, even when it's rough.
  2. Then consistencyThe same 100 minutes, every day, for 30 days. Showing up is the skill.
  3. THEN fine-tune with dataOnce you're posting, your YouTube numbers show you what to change: hooks, titles, length.

Week by week

What you can do at the end of each week

Each week ends with something you can show. The prompts, setup files, and fixes for what breaks are inside the challenge.

A DEEP DIVE into Claude

One topic a day: prompting, memory, context engineering, files, projects, and custom instructions. Learn to catch Claude when it makes something up, back up everything, and set up free voice dictation that types what you say into any app.

LIVE Q&A coaching call
100 minutes, LIVE, once this week: bring any question from week 1's content and get it answered. Videos and modules guide you through every day in between.

By the end of the week you can

  • Set up a better harness, so you stop repeating prompts
  • Set up memory and custom instructions so Claude works your way
  • Give Claude the right context, and only that
  • Organize your files and projects so Claude finds them
  • Catch a hallucination before it reaches your video
  • Dictate into any app, free

Skills you are given

  • Writing Voice Skill
  • Accounts Map Skill

You finish with

Claude set up your way, everything backed up, and free voice dictation.

Apps you keep

  • Free voice dictation that types what you say into any app (replaces a $144/yr app)

Map your footage

Set up an app that catalogs your whole footage folder, one piece a day. Claude writes the code; your 100 minutes go to understanding each piece and running it on your own footage. It works overnight while you learn the next one. Point it at a video that worked, and it learns the pace you want. Tested on 3,075 files.

LIVE Q&A coaching call
100 minutes, LIVE, once this week: bring any question from week 2's content, including setting up your map, and get it answered.

By the end of the week you can

  • Gather the footage you already have into one place
  • Catalog every clip and photo you've shot
  • Find any shot by what's in it
  • Match the pace of a video that worked
  • Let it run overnight on your laptop

Skills you are given

  • Catalog Skill
  • Nightly Sync Skill
  • Transcribe Skill
  • Find People Skill
  • Edit Breakdown Skill

You finish with

Every clip you've shot, cataloged and searchable.

Apps you keep

  • Your footage map: catalogs your whole footage folder, overnight, on your own laptop

CUSTOMIZE it to your YouTube style

Make the workflow yours. Research the YouTube style you love, and save fact-checked datasets on your competitors so Claude works from real numbers. Use Missing Gold to find the topics a crowd wants and nobody has served well, and generate thumbnails from your own footage. Then reverse engineer your footage map to YOUR style, keep filming every day, and post your first YouTube video.

LIVE Q&A coaching call
100 minutes, LIVE, once this week: bring any question from week 3's content and get it answered.
Demo day 1
Show your first video, cut from your map and posted on YouTube.

By the end of the week you can

  • Break down what makes your favorite YouTube style work
  • Find video ideas with proof a crowd wants them
  • Save fact-checked data on your competitors
  • Check every number Claude gives you against its source
  • Rebuild your footage map around YOUR style
  • Generate thumbnails from your own footage
  • Cut and post your first YouTube video

Skills you are given

  • Missing Gold Skill
  • Story Pacing Skill
  • Voiceover Cleanup Skill
  • Voiceover Cut Skill
  • Editor Export Skill
  • Thumbnail Skill

You finish with

Your map, rebuilt for your style, and your first video posted on YouTube.

Apps you keep

  • Your footage map, rebuilt for YOUR style

Put it on autopilot

Think about AI as a system. Set up a structure that repeats on its own: tell Claude your vision for the videos you have in your head, and hand it folders of content. It works through them every night, sorting and cutting, and you approve each cut. By day 30, five videos sit in your own scheduling app, ready for YouTube.

LIVE Q&A coaching call
100 minutes, LIVE, once this week: bring any question from week 4's content and get it answered.
Demo day 2
Show five videos scheduled on YouTube, lined up in your own scheduling app.

By the end of the week you can

  • Turn a one-off prompt into a system that repeats
  • Describe your video vision once, and reuse it
  • Hand Claude a folder and get a first cut back
  • Let it sort and cut overnight, every night
  • Approve every cut before it goes anywhere
  • Line up five videos in your scheduling app

Skills you are given

  • Autopilot Edit Skill
  • Cut Reviewer Skill

You finish with

Five videos scheduled on YouTube, each with a title, description, tags, chapters, and thumbnail written from your voice.

Apps you keep

  • Your own scheduling app, with five videos lined up for YouTube

Bonus: Auto‑Replier App for Insta, direct traffic to YouTube

Install a free auto-replier, so your Instagram content sends everyone to your YouTube for you. Someone comments a word like GUIDE on your post, and your app DMs them the link, automatically, on your own account. A recorded module and a ready-made prompt you hand to Claude, for any time during or after the 30 days.

By the end of the month you can

  • Set up your Instagram account for auto-replies
  • Pick your keywords and the links they send
  • Reply within Instagram's rules
  • Keep it running with your computer off

You finish with

Comment your word on your own post, and the link lands in your DMs.

Apps you keep

  • An Instagram auto-replier that DMs your YouTube link to anyone who comments your word

Do I need to know how to code?

No. You talk to Claude in plain language, and Claude writes the code. The tool you set up in week 1 is called Claude Code.

What do I need?

A Mac, a backup drive or cloud storage, a Google account with Drive, a YouTube channel, and an Instagram Business or Creator account for the bonus. We set up the rest together on day 1.

Will this get my channel monetized?

No one can promise that. You get the tools and the videos. Posting and growing the channel are up to you.

What if I fall behind?

Everyone starts together, then it's self-paced. The lessons and recordings stay yours. The cohort chat is open for the 30 days, then the community is $47 a month.

How much time does it take?

100 minutes a day for 30 days, the content-creation half of the Rule of 100.

What about Thanksgiving?

Thanksgiving, November 26, 2026, is day 11 and a filming-only day. Spend your 100 minutes filming, with no lesson to watch. A day with family makes good footage for your map.

What is Claude Code?

Claude Code is Anthropic's AI assistant that works on your own computer. You tell it what you want in plain language, and it reads your files, runs the steps, and writes the code. In this challenge it sorts your footage and builds your four apps.

What if I haven't filmed anything yet?

Start on day 1 with your phone. Your week 2 map sorts everything you shoot, Thanksgiving is a filming day, and you keep filming through week 3.

Which video editor do I use?

CapCut's free desktop app. Your first cuts open there as a project, ready for you to finish.

Is this a YouTube automation course?

It automates the slow parts of running your own channel: sorting footage, first cuts, and scheduling. Every video uses your footage and your voice, and you approve every cut before it posts.

Does it work on Windows?

You need a Mac. The lessons and setup files are built on one.

Do I need a paid Claude plan?

Yes. Claude Code needs a paid Claude plan; Anthropic's pricing page lists the current ones. We set it up together on day 1.
